Responsibilities
  • Product delivery, design, and product builds for AT&Ts mobility and converged products and services.
  • Manage and organize cross-functional teams to define strategy, technical roadmap, present business case and deliver products, pricing, offers, promotions and other items to market.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and frontline as well as provide subject matter expertise on marketing technology (including CX solution design, billing impacts, point of sales impacts, provisioning tools and other technical applications) applications, platforms, training, execution and communications.
  • Marketing Operations Subject Matter Expert on projects using Agile methodology.
  • May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications to systems in support of strategic products and services.
  • Deliver on customer experience and revenue targets through the definition, development and delivery of strategic offers across a wide range of channels and systems.
  • This position leads the execution of Mobility and Converged offers, and underlying delivery platforms.
  • May provide consultation to users around automated systems and general business requirements to support a forthcoming launch.
  • May provide training and support to the marketing and sales organization.
  • Define and document requirements for channel readiness to include but not limited to training, communications and launch support documentation.
  • Integrate technology solutions across enterprise applications.
