• Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
• Experience in overseeing budgets and expenses
• Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
• Helps to support People Operations with employee correspondence and engagement activities.
• Helps the Sales team manage marketing inventory including ordering and shipping marketing and display materials for out-of-town conferences, shipping supplies and assuring return of marketing collateral after conferences.
• Assists with Sales/Marketing reports and dashboards. Updates HubSpot as needed to support the needs of the Sales team.
• Manages and coordinates conference calendar for Sales and Client Management Teams.
• Assist with REL Social Media posts, Newsletters and blogs as needed to support Marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned or deemed appropriate.
