Responsibilities
  • Managing the wealth management sector and driving high customer satisfaction
  • Lead implementation of Envestnet technology products with clients, supporting the implementation of the Software Product
  • Conduct training with customers to provide training on Envestnet tools and best practices on troubleshooting issues with Envestnet product
  • Reviewing success criteria for clients and driving innovations and process changes that enable our client services team to maintain/exceed satisfaction levels
  • Conducting account review meetings with clients and client services
  • Proactively tracking key performance indicators (KPIS) for clients and engaging with stakeholders to maintain/exceed expected ranges
  • Responsible for continuous service delivery, SLA and release management
  • Overseeing case management for clients and engaging various internal teams (client services, sustaining engineering, operations) to drive high impact/severity cases to resolution
  • Provide feedback to the business on client needs in order to drive product road map
  • Serving as escalation point for critical client escalations
