Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven successful HRBP experience in the EMEA region
  • Extensive knowledge of EMEA HR practices with an emphasis on employment law, and HR Business Partnership programs
  • Proven knowledge in international labor standards, employment laws, and regulatory compliance
  • Expertise in UK employment law practices
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive HR insights and decision-making
  • High degree of proficiency with GSuite, Slack, and Zoom applications or other similar collaboration tools
  • Strong proficiency and experience with relevant HR Technology, preferably UKG Pro, Lever, Lattice, Qualtrics, Globalization Partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work swiftly within tight time constraints and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities
  • Partner with EMEA, APAC, and NA leaders to address people-related opportunities and challenges
  • Partner with the wider People team to develop, execute, and scale on the overall People team strategy and goals
  • Serve as a frontline consultant to managers and employees, providing comprehensive People advice on policies, processes, and employee relations
  • Support and/or lead initiatives across all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
  • Manage complex, specialized, or sensitive employee issues including leave of absences, investigations, disciplinary meetings, performance plans, grievances, reasonable accommodation requests, terminations, etc.
  • Collaborate with the US-based parent company to align global People programs
  • Develop and deliver People programs and processes aligned with global best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, regulatory change, new technologies
  • Oversee and assist in managing the EMEA and APAC physical offices
  • Oversee and manage the EMEA Social Event and Meal budget
  • Act as an exemplary role model for the team and the wider organization
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the APAC region is preferred
  • Relevant experience in a high-growth global SaaS company is strongly preferred
