Product Manager – Risk and Fraud

Integrating with TabaPay allows clients to instantly move money. These integrations are core to accelerate our business, and we are on a journey to enable hyper-scale growth for our clients by providing an increasing number of APIs and capabilities to integrate in new and innovative ways.

As the Product Manager of Risk and Fraud Tools, you will create and manage all of the tools and products by taking full ownership and staying committed to providing our clients risk- and fraud-free payment experiences.

In your role as Product Manager – Risk and Fraud

You will:

• Create, manage, and own TabaPay’s risk and fraud tools and end-to-end execution and implementation across our APIs and TabaPay Portal
• Be the subject matter expertise on KYB, FRAML, EMV 3DS, Network Requirements and other merchant- and transaction-controls across TabaPay suite of products
• Collaborate with the internal product owners for API and TabaPay Portal to deliver the best risk and fraud tools across these channels
• Own risk and fraud roadmap and execute against it; conduct product management lifecycle to write clear requirements, review them with development teams, successfully deliver tools required for payment risk and fraud across APIs, TabaPay Portal, and Developer Documentation
• Understand TabaPay Clients’, both our sponsor banks’ and merchants’, pain points around risk and fraud, and work on fulfilling their needs
• Collaborate with TabaPay Compliance teams to make sure to deliver on their requirements from a product standpoint
• Educate clients of TabaPay risk and fraud tools during boarding process and work alongside our Boarding and Customer Support teams to offer incoming clients a great experience
• Monitor TabaPay payment volume, and proactively measure and communicate metrics around risk and fraud
• Communicate risk and fraud strategies effectively to clients via best practices documentation, webinars and other education material

Must have Requirements

• 2-5 years of work experience as a Product Manager on risk and fraud tools for a payments company (at a card network, acquirer processor, payment gateway, or a large ecommerce merchant)
• Technical knowledge of relevant risk and fraud-related initiatives such as KYB, KYC, FRAML, EMV 3D-Secure, Network Requirements, Chargebacks, etc
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a client-first attitude
• Skilled at communicating technically complicated topics simply and elegantly
• A combination of creative and analytical skills and a commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency, including adherence to brand and technical standards
• Passionate about payments, knowledge of fintech start-ups, and their developer experiences

The pay range for this position is $115,000-$125,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits as listed below, dependent on the position offered.
This position is onsite 2 days a week.
