Requirements
- Strong leadership capabilities with an ability to manage a team as well as leading by influence
- Work cross functionally across Connected Health, external Client teams and Insurance providers including, but not limited to, Product, Technology, Engineering, Finance and Operations
- Excellent understanding of process design, documentation and implementation
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to manage in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Comfortable interacting with/presenting to all levels of management
- Ability to tolerate ambiguity while continuously moving forward
- Customer focused mentality
- Ability to assist with headcount forecasting as applicable
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities
