- Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE and MongoDB and Pivotal Cloud
- Ability to understand requirement specifications and design solutions to meet requirements
- Experience with configuring and interfaces using REST and SOAP web services

- Migration of ESP web services and databases to the new cloud
- Cloud, Kafka, Java, Spring
- Cloud or NoSQL required – does not need to have both
- Previous consultants that worked are strong Java Developers, backend
- Defining functional, performance and systems requirements
- Design based on chosen path to meet requirements including configuration and interfaces using REST and SOAP web services
- Developing and modifying existing SOAP service and migrating them to REST frameworks
- Use GOCD and Git/Gradle for build and deployments
- Supporting internal testing activities also involves troubleshooting issues and providing fixes
- Working with team on development, supporting QA, supporting production
- NoSQL nice to have
- JMS background preferred
- Knowledge of WebLogic preferred
