Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills without a calculator.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and complete end-of-shift balancing and paperwork.
- Basic computer skills for daily operations and recordkeeping.
- Ability to work in a seated workstation environment for extended periods as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate concisely and logically in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively individually.
- Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and established deadlines, with attention to detail.
- Ability to process credit card transactions and balance revenue sources.
- Knowledge of guest service needs and appropriate money-handling practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the production and sale of programs.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and distribution of programs when required.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of programs distributed to high-value patrons and guests.
- Complete end-of-shift balancing and paperwork.
- Perform daily operational and recordkeeping tasks using basic computer skills.
- Provide customer service to business contacts.
Desired Qualifications
- One or more years of prior relevant experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience working in a similar resort setting.
- High school diploma or GED.
