  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program, preference will be given to candidates enrolled in higher education or student affairs related programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with vetting Potential New Members (PNMs) to ensure eligibility and verify grades.
  • Support data management and recruitment logistics.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials, communications, and timelines.
  • Serve as a resource to potential new members regarding recruitment expectations, policies, and processes.
  • Provide guidance to the University Panhellenic Council officers related to recruitment planning and execution.
  • Support educational initiatives that promote ethical recruitment and values-based decision making.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating Texas Greek Block Party, including logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in the creation of a post-event assessment.
  • Assist with summer orientation efforts including presentations on behalf of Sorority and Fraternity Life.
  • Support ongoing projects that enhance Sorority and Fraternity Life.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in event planning, student leadership, or fraternity/sorority life preferred.
  • Knowledge of National Panhellenic Conference Policies
  • Affiliation with a sorority or fraternity
