Requirements
  • 10+ years marketing and/or sales enablement experience required
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment required
  • Microsoft suite proficiency required, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ticketing system business development understanding preferred
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred
  • COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions

Responsibilities
  • Run the day-to-day operations of the International Sales Enablement team
  • Manage and lead a team of two Senior Manager's in other global markets
  • Maintain relationships and expectations across key local stakeholder groups to ensure
  • Alignment and timing of pipeline priorities
  • Drive client retention and new client acquisition, while increasing our brand perception in
  • The market through strategic and timely deliverables in support of Ticketmaster's products
  • And business solutions
  • Interpret and prioritize multiple perspectives to effectively tell a focused story
  • Monitor competitor analysis across genres and ticketing platforms within the market
  • Providing insight and understanding while responding with materials ensuring the right
  • Message is in front of the right industry influencers across all our client products
  • Support the creation, implementation and management of engaging sales decks
  • Presentations, and marketing materials to help relate our products and services to
  • Multiple stakeholders
  • Provide input for B2B marketing materials (emails, website etc.) focused on engagement
  • And lead generation, targeting specific products and services to specific client genres
  • Create and monitor best practice amongst the local sales teams to ensure consistency of client communication
  • Work with the local markets to identify opportunities for representation at key industry events, providing strategy for activation and support materials
  • Mange relationships with 3rd party vendors as relevant (i.e., translations vendor)
  • Define team OKR's, monitor and report up the results with strategic considerations
  • Other responsibilities, as defined by business requirements
