Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a B2B marketing role and specific experience with conferences/events and partnerships/community management
  • Strong ability to logistically execute on multiple concurrent events that require effective pre/during/post motions and communication among cross-functional teams
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Experience in a fast-moving startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-obsessed approach
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of North America field events, collaborating closely with commercial, partnerships, corporate affairs and global teams.
  • Execute end-to-end event program management and logistics from initial planning to post-event follow up, including vendor management, budget management, event promotions, lead list uploads, measuring ROI, and more
  • Identify co-marketing partnership opportunities and build/activate collaborations to drive growth and accelerate pipeline
  • Provide data, insights, and supporting engagement on strategic events to support the commercial team and drive net new pipeline
  • Execute on community building in key sectors, personas and industries, focusing on key metropolitan centers (SF, NYC) and broad North America
  • Continuously identify opportunities to drive growth - this role is all about driving B2B growth. Airwallex is a young team, meaning there is plenty that still needs to be built as we scale up
