  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired
  • Previous experience in a growth SaaS company
  • Previous experience in supporting executives to implement People Strategies across multiple regions
  • Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
Responsibilities
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  • Leads the performance review process
  • Initiates and supports the employee lifecycle process including performance management, employee engagement, internal mobility and offboarding.
  • Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute Willow's people strategy, talent strategy, retention and succession planning.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintaining knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
