- Mobile Hydraulics domain knowledge is must
- Good understanding of Hydraulic Schematic and circuit design
- Good understanding of various control systems including pressure compensation, load sensing etc.
- Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation
- GD&T, tolerance Stack up
- Application in Hydraulics
- Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards
- Design and development of hydraulic products – Axial Piston pumps & Motors (positive displacement) for Mobile hydraulics applications
- Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products
- Digital Pump / Software-Controlled Pump Design: Experience in designing pumps with individually controlled pistons managed by software for high efficiency and flexibility
- Advanced NVH Analysis: Proven ability to analyze and mitigate Noise, Vibration, and Harshness in complex hydraulic systems
- Experience range 5-13 years
