It delivers a high-quality, economical, and engaging living experience through attentive services and an all-in-one technology platform that centers around the customer. As an important component of improving renters’ journey, Tripalink launched an App that allows renters to search for apartments, e-sign the lease agreement, manage their home including paying rent, requesting maintenance and cleaning, call community shuttles, use community perks, and sign up for various events etc. With ever-evolving physical living products and technology-empowered operations, Tripalink can provide the best living experience for its target renters. The company currently manages about 10,000 units in Los Angeles, Irvine, Seattle, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tucson, Austin, Chicago, San Francisco, and Berkeley.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Leasing Intern to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in raising awareness about our community, increasing occupancy, and creating a vibrant and engaged living environment. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Marketing Outreach:
- Circulate information through bulletin boards, flyers, newsletters, and other channels to promote leasing events, renewal activities, and community awareness initiatives.
- Conduct awareness campaigns on various school campuses and engage with student organizations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute tabling events on the USC campus.
- Ensure all logistics, including permits, space reservations, and necessary materials, are well-organized before each event
- Meet with prospective tenants in the USC area to showcase available properties.
- Provide detailed information on bedrooms, neighborhoods, and the apartment rental process during property tours.
- Serve as an expert advisor, addressing client questions and continuously seeking ways to enhance the tour experience
- Successfully execute community-wide activities.
- Encourage resident participation in both community and university-sponsored events.
- Assist in planning and executing residents events, including set-up, break-down, and storage of event supplies.
- Provide a final debrief on the success of events, offering insights for improvement.
Compliance and Customer Service:
- Understand, support, and enforce community lease policies while delivering unparalleled customer service.
- Maintain respect for residents and act as a liaison between residents and management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Knowledge of campus and community resources for effective student referrals.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts
- Additional Requirements: Must have access to a reliable and presentable vehicle.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Work a part-time schedule with full shifts on Saturday and Sunday (9:30am-6:30pm).
Reports to Regional Leasing Manager, with additional duties and responsibilities assigned as needed.
