Blue Origin focuses on making space travel accessible through suborbital space tourism. The company offers unique experiences where passengers can travel to the edge of space aboard its reusable rocket, New Shepard. This rocket takes passengers to over 100 kilometers above Earth, allowing them to experience a few minutes of weightlessness and stunning views of the planet. The entire journey lasts about 11 minutes, and tickets are sold at a premium due to the exclusive nature of the experience. In addition to space tourism, Blue Origin develops advanced rocket engines and other aerospace technologies, which can be sold or leased to other companies and government agencies. Unlike many competitors, Blue Origin emphasizes the use of reusable rockets, which can lower costs and increase the frequency of flights. The company's goal is to lead the commercial spaceflight market and expand opportunities in space exploration, including lunar landers.
