Requirements
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience required
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times
  • Outstanding communicator

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary support for our C-suite leaders. Assist other team members as needed
  • Heavy calendar management using Google calendar in a rapid and ever-changing environment
  • Coordinate both internal and external conference calls, meetings, and events
  • Set up travel and accommodations
  • Prepare, correct and approve monthly expense reports using Workday
  • Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem solving and making adjustments to plans
  • Serve as the face of HackerOne on behalf of your executives and help them build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts
  • Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events for the team
