You will...
- Be responsible for the product management and the user experience of software tools/platforms that support the autonomous vehicle and related development work.
- Have a top-down view of what software tools/platforms are needed to facilitate the autonomous driving development and align to company milestones.
- Engage with key stakeholders to make the prioritization decisions, build long-term roadmap and drive product executions.
- Collect demands and feedback from users and translate insights into product definitions and designs.
- Identify and define product features, write product requirements(PRD), workflow, and timeline.
- Work closely with developers, engineers, UX designers, project managers, and testing teams to ensure the product delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the product performance to generate iterations to ensure the users’ needs are met in different stages of the autonomous system’s development.
Qualifications:
- M.S. in Computer Science or relevant engineering field and a minimum of 5+ years of product management experience.
- Must have experience building developer tools and deeply understand the needs of software engineers.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, ability to influence without authority, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Product management experience in the autonomous driving industry preferred.
- Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others.
- Passionate about self-driving technologies, solving hard problems, and creating innovative solutions.
The US yearly salary range for this role is: $149,000 - $255,000 USD in addition to competitive perks & benefits. Waabi (US) Inc.’s yearly salary ranges are determined based on several factors in accordance with the Company’s compensation practices. The salary base range is reflective of the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Note: The Company provides additional compensation for employees in this role, including equity incentive awards and an annual performance bonus.
