- At least 1 year of experience working with electronic medical records is required.

- Follow clinical protocols, physician instructions, and safety standards.
- Prepare patients for visits and assist with maintaining efficient patient flow.
- Support a positive patient experience from check-in through follow-up.
- Assist with patient scheduling, phone communication, and general office tasks.
- Complete insurance-related tasks, including pre-authorizations, as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation is completed properly.
- Provide support with provider schedules and daily clinic operations.
- Athena electronic medical record experience is a plus.
- Pain management or specialty practice experience is preferred but not required.
