  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-changing manufacturing environment
  • Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Pillars
  • Working knowledge of time, condition, and predictive-based maintenance processes
  • Experience managing Preventative Maintenance practices
  • Experience with shop floor/information systems
  • Working knowledge of Analytical Process Mapping
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing maintenance methods and procedures
  • Partnering with manufacturing teams to achieve production targets
  • Providing technical expertise to increase machine reliability
  • Coordinating training for maintenance and manufacturing teams
  • Supporting TPM pillars and Effective Maintenance processes
  • Driving improvements during equipment changes
  • Maintaining an integrated maintenance master plan
  • Coordinating support services for machining, welding, and electrical work
  • Implementing safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance measures
