Requirements
  • Demonstrated sound, well-structured and excellent analytical capabilities, hypothesis-driven problem-solving orientation, strong financial acumen
  • Advanced data management skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to formulate complex business insights in a clear and simple way
  • Strong learning agility
  • Effective inter-personal skills, ability to adjust and work across-cultures, relationship-builder who is collaborations-oriented and can effectively link the interests of multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 8 or more years of years of work experience is required
  • Strong financial acumen (experienced in modeling and detailed financial analysis)
  • Strong Excel skills, PowerPoint, Think-cell and Data Analytical skills
Responsibilities
  • Support actively the development of winning strategies and clear roadmaps for key strategic focus areas. This includes bringing forward strong industry, Category, consumer, customer and competitive insights and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand functional and business unit strategies and translate them into data driven KPIs
  • Help to define, design and maintain scorecards / dashboards containing key performance indicators to measure business performance and strategic progress
  • Define and perform strategic analyses and deep dives to understand internal/external environment changes, and to answer specific ad-hoc strategic questions
  • Support the preparation of various Executive level strategic documents
Desired Qualifications
  • 3 or more years of experience in a leading consulting firm (i.e. McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with a primary focus on consumer goods and/or retail is strongly preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience in medium to large Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) company is strongly preferred
