Requirements
  • Significant experience in sales enablement spanning content, learning, coaching, engagement and demand generation.
  • Prior experience in being a field-based sales enablement leader working day-to-day with sales and commercial teams to drive enablement execution.
  • Solid understanding and experience in the Americas market supporting commercial, sales and success management enablement across MEA and European Markets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation and motivational skills.
  • Related industry qualification is preferred in the change management competence.
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish building in benchmarks and status updates.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with regional sales leaders to understand field needs and challenges and ensure that enablement programs are tailored to support the sales teams in achieving their targets.
  • Oversee the delivery of targeted enablement programs, including training, workshops, and tools ensuring consistency and quality of enablement content and delivery across all regions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between regional sales teams and global enablement.
  • Gather feedback from the field to inform and improve global enablement strategies and programs.
  • Provides coaching support to sales management and executive management to drive adoption and land enablement, central initiatives, engagement, or events.
