- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including leadership meetings, board meetings, and offsites.
- Record accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes, tracking action items and follow-ups.
- Plan and execute executive retreats and strategic offsites, handling logistics and ensuring a productive environment.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, ensuring smooth transitions across multiple time zones.
- Secure reservations, manage last-minute adjustments, and prepare detailed travel briefs.
- Assist in special projects, liaising between executives and key stakeholders.
- Support executive office operations by managing correspondence, reports, and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) or four (4) years of equivalent job-related experience.
- Experience in private wealth management, family offices, or working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Paralegal or legal experience, ensuring meticulous documentation and compliance.
