Responsibilities
  • Maintaining current implementations of clinical services
  • Managing the day-to-day operations for multiple hospitals in your assigned area
  • Developing and researching new workflows and use cases to promote usage
  • Managing conflict and solving work-flow challenges
  • Ensuring Site Leads have shift coverage while managing time off requests and holidays
  • Assigning projects to Site Leads and monitoring progress
  • Contributing to the professional development of team members
  • Creating desirable outcomes for company-wide OKRs
  • Possessing a positive customer service oriented attitude
  • Reporting out weekly/monthly reports and assessments to the Robot Operations Manager
  • Relaying robot operation improvement opportunities to the Robot Operations Manager
  • Reinforcing pride in organizational success and overall vision and impact
  • Overseeing team building activities on a quarterly basis (at a minimum)
  • Effective Communication: for both onsite stakeholder discussions and team members
  • Delegation: you can properly assign tasks out to reliable team members
  • Organization: always being well-informed on everything that is going on at each of your assigned sites
  • Dependability: no action item, big or small, will fall through the cracks
  • Time Management: for making sure that projects are completed on schedule
  • Admirable work-ethic: you're happy to be needed, even on nights and weekends

  • Healthcare experience ( i.e. clinical operations, clinical research, clinical coordinator, healthcare project management)

  • Supervisory/Team Lead/Remote Team Management of remote employees experience
