Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing Retirement\/Wealth Management \/ Advisory, or as a Customer Success \/ Relationship Manager at a Financial Services SaaS company
  • Keen organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to co-manage multiple projects and relationships to drive long-term partnership goals
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives on moving quickly, solving complex problems, and has the ability to pivot rapidly
  • Strong customer and commercial-focused philosophy
  • A sense of urgency and proactive nature
  • Ability to work within a team and cross-functionally to achieve common goals
  • Articulate, concise, eloquent written and verbal communication skills to be the voice outwardly and inwardly
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with a wide range of personalities, roles, and teams
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and on a team
  • Experience within the retirement (401K) space
  • Strong skill set in Powerpoint and Excel
  • Experience with CRM and project management systems (ie: Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Holds a financial services license such as Series 6, 7, and 63 or is a CFA charterholder
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate within the Partnerships team and across many other functions to ensure successful partnership activation.
  • Aid with solution deep dives, product workshops, and develop partner activation plans during the Partner Sales process for our largest partnership opportunities.
  • Own distribution strategy and activation for partnerships; conduct sales trainings, build process workflows, stand up reporting, and manage Partnership launches. Work closely with the National Sales Strategy team to ensure alignment with broader go-to-market initiatives.
  • Conduct regular partnership implementation & launch prep calls with the Partner as well as Marketing, Sales Operations, Client Onboarding, Client Success & Service teams identifying risks to a successful launch and finding solutions to keep the partnership on track.
  • Coordinate with Vestwell Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Partner Sales teams on Partnership collateral, content, and campaigns at launch and through the early stages of the partnership following launch.
  • Support the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
