  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Service or Software industry
  • 3 + years of managerial experience working in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
  • Extensive experience in implementing, maintaining, administering Source to Pay platforms
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and change manager
  • Working knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor management systems
  • Strong relational database skills, SQL Competency
  • Relevant experience in a company with a mature procurement function
  • Extensive experience using MS Office, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Project, Confluence/Jira and other collaborative tools
  • CPSM/CPM certification preferred
  • Fully responsible for implementation, maintenance and admin of all Source to Pay capabilities
  • Deliver Procurement maturity through identification of opportunities, evaluation of technologies, and lead implementation projects in support of world-class Procurement systems & processes
  • Create and deliver the procurement processes and workflows in partnership with risk groups
  • Fully responsible for keeping the current category spend, supplier and spend performance data in collaboration with the regional business teams as well as global teams
  • Drive capabilities in understanding and applying procurement processes, master data management, tools and input / output content towards managing the procurement spends for best possible current and future costs, supplier performance etc
  • Develop a deep level of understanding of the data under analysis, focusing on ensuring the right balance of accuracy and completeness with timely delivery of required information
  • Translates data requirements into meaningful report deliverables; partners with various teams to drive development, awareness, and adoption of reports; provides ongoing oversight of report usage and proactively identifies/implements enhancement opportunities
  • Partner with procurement co-workers and various risk groups to define requirements, scope analysis and reporting specifications, set reporting cadence, and establish data management plans
  • Supporting the category teams with consultation, process and the right contractual and sourcing tools to support formula-based, index-based or should-cost pricing
  • Adheres to team processes in support of report development, tracking, testing, and adoption, as well as training and communication routines
  • Provides various ad hoc support, including delivering data/reports and responding to inquiries from all functions within the organization, including Finance, Operations and Sales etc
