Responsibilities
  • Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.
  • Create Operations focused data views for driving case processing improvement.
  • Support Director of Ops/Team Lead/Training needs for metrics to drive efficiency and quality gains, including training TL and Trainers on data-driven metrics and effective use.
  • Work with Data Team and Analytics Director to generate dashboards through Tableau, Datadog, and other technology.
  • Integrate data from Kronos, Smarteeva and other sources as needed to drive decision making, including manual data correction or input as needed.
  • Validate Operations dashboards.
  • Maintain Operations dashboards.
  • Determine the effectiveness of new processes through data reporting.
  • Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
  • Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
  • Work with Operations Management Team to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations using data analyses.
