- Understanding of System Engineering, including requirements writing/management
- Prior BMDS experience
- Integrate missile defense hardware and software systems with field-level components, ensuring compatibility with operational requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, including functional, performance, and environmental tests, to validate missile system performance under field conditions.
- Maintain detailed records of integration processes, test results, and system configurations to ensure traceability and compliance with defense protocols.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve integration and operational issues, ensuring continuous system readiness.
- Coordinate with systems engineers, software developers, and project managers to align field integration efforts with design specifications.
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while handling and operating missile systems in the field, ensuring personnel and equipment safety.
- Provide on-site training and technical support to military personnel and operators for proper use and maintenance of missile systems.
- Implement system upgrades and modifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing field systems without disrupting ongoing operations.
- Manage the logistics for the transportation, setup, and operational readiness of missile defense systems at the field location.
- Comply with classified handling procedures and cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and technology related to missile systems.
