Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and digital campaigns.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ABM strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-faceted demand generation strategy, including digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and high-touch events to engage with top accounts and decision-makers.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation tactics, using data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance continually.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across all marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, creativity, and a data-driven approach to achieving our marketing objectives.
