- At least two years of professional information technology support experience.
- Experience supporting users in a business environment.
- Ability to resolve common technical issues independently.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows computers, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good judgment, organization, documentation, and follow-through.
- Curiosity about using artificial intelligence responsibly to solve problems and improve work.
- Serve as Construction & Realty Services Group's primary day-to-day technology resource.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Azure, and general end-user issues.
- Configure and support computers, applications, and peripherals.
- Own requests from the initial report through resolution.
- Keep users informed and document work clearly.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve the company's technology environment.
- Work with the broader Flexible IT team when an issue requires additional support.
- Managed Service Provider experience is helpful but not required.
