Requirements
  • BS, MS, or Ph.D. with minimum 5 years of experience in Radar Systems Engineering
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance is required
  • Familiarity with radar systems with an emphasis on the radar frontend and backend
  • Experience with radars including operation, testing and analyzing radar data
  • Use of MATLAB for developing radar waveforms and analyzing data collected by our systems
  • Experience with system simulators such as Simulink, VSS, and Systemvue is a plus
  • Working knowledge of radar systems with an emphasis on FMCW radars, radar simulators, radar algorithms, and the analysis of radar data
  • Ability to program algorithms in C++, MATLAB, or an equivalent
  • Knowledge of module and subsystem operation/integration is a plus
  • Familiarity with FPGAs and programming FPGAs is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Contribute technical expertise and work within a focused team that designs, integrates and tests radar systems operating from HF to 200+ GHz
  • Work closely with scientists and engineers to develop specifications and architectures for radar systems from the frontend components starting with the aperture to the backend components including the ADC, DSP, and processing flow behind it
