Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline
  • MBA or MBA pursuit a plus
  • CPCU or other industry designation a plus
  • 4-6+ years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Adaptable and comfortable with fast pace and shifting priorities
  • Financial consulting and analysis skills - ability to assess needs, identify issues, recommend alternatives and implement change

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain models & tools to support analysis
  • Provide decision support through value added analysis, insight and storytelling
  • Produce clear reports that summarize outputs, issues and recommendations
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements enhancements to current process'
  • Supports the annual planning and forecasting process
  • Work with multiple business partners to gain a deeper understanding of the operations
