- Eight years (minimum) related Project Management experience.
- Experience providing oversight of large, multi-functional projects, preferably in an information technology environment, and planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints across multiple regions overseas.
- Strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communications skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAU Level III Project Management certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science related field.
- Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Work collectively with other Senior PMs and support staff across the team.
- Provide technical support for all assigned contracts, to include development and review of acquisition and project documents.
- Track and report assigned contract costs, schedule, and performance to the assigned Government Lead.
- Create and update all assigned projects in project tracking tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Project, and others as required.
- Track and report project risks, issues, and opportunities to the assigned Government Lead.
- Attend all required meetings, conferences, etc, providing meeting notes as required.
- Interact with mission partners across multiple organizations, ensuring all requirements are captured and/or accounted for throughout the acquisition process.
- Some travel can be expected. Travel will consist of trips both CONUS and OCONUS.
- Master’s Degree in a science-related field

OBXtek appoints new President and CEO. OBXtek today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has appointed Aaron Drabkin as its new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective April 3, 2026. Mr. Drabkin succeeds Dale Spencer in this role upon his retirement. "On behalf of the Board and entire OBXtek team, we thank Dale for his excellent leadership and dedication to OBXtek. We wish him the best in his retirement. At the same time, we're excited to welcome Aaron in his new role" said Ed Jesson, Chairman of the Board. OBXtek awarded subcontract under MRATS program. OBXtek today announced that the Company was awarded a role as a subcontractor to Advanced Concepts Enterprises, Inc. (ACEs) under the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), Mission Readiness and Training Support Services (MRATS) contract. "This win is in line with our goal of growing our footprint within the AFSOC community. We're proud support our warfighters and help ensure mission readiness" said Dale Spencer, President and CEO. AFSOC provides Air Force special operations forces for worldwide deployment and assignment to regional unified commands. The command's Special Operations Forces (SOF) are composed of highly trained, rapidly deployable Airmen, conducting global special operations missions ranging from precision application of firepower to infiltration, exfiltration, resupply and refueling of SOF operational elements. Under this award, OBXtek will provide mission readiness and training support services at RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom, directly contributing to AFSOC's operational training and readiness objectives.
