Soho House Receives $2B Buyout Offer

Soho House & Co. received a buyout offer from a consortium of investors, valuing the company at $9 per share, an 83% premium over its recent closing price. The offer values the company at nearly $2 billion, below its $2.8 billion market cap at its 2021 IPO.
