Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in stock administration, with experience at either a high-growth late-stage private company or a public company
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification preferred
  • Strong working knowledge and demonstrated experience with stock options and RSUs
  • Experience managing international equity plan compliance, including familiarity with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation and international tax law relating to equity programs
  • Experience in end-to-end internal audits, project management, controls evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong customer focus, organizational skills, work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to interact with employees at all levels
  • Sensitive to employee privacy laws such as GDPR and able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Demonstrated experience in responding and resolving employee equity inquiries quickly and accurately
  • Able to take initiative, multitask, prioritize, collaborate cross-functionally, and work under tight deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Administer our global equity programs, including processing all new equity awards, exercises, terminations, cancellations, and repurchases accurately and on a timely basis
  • Maintain company capitalization table, including shares authorized and outstanding
  • Ensure all forms of equity compensation are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of our equity incentive plans and are appropriate for international jurisdictions
  • Prepare and ensure completion of essential month-end and quarter-end reconciliations of global equity data
  • Generate reports to support management reporting
  • Assist with the annual audit process and quarterly reviews of equity award disclosures, annual statutory audits, and global internal and external audits
  • Coordinate closely with Finance to ensure compliance with all domestic and international laws for income and tax withholdings for stock options and RSUs
  • Engage with senior leadership from the Legal, Finance, Total Rewards, and People teams to design future equity programs and continue to tailor existing ones to the changing needs of our workforce
  • Design and deliver educational sessions, presentations, and communication materials for our global employees to support understanding of equity programs and policies
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity programs and education while providing excellent service to plan participants at all levels
  • Manage and ensure the completeness and accuracy of internal controls and procedures for stock-based compensation in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
  • Engage new outside vendors as needed and manage outside vendor relationships
