Eventeny was founded on the belief that managing large-scale events with hundreds of exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers should not be stressful and burdensome. Our mission is to remove event organizers from being the 5th most stressful job in the world. That's why we built Eventeny and continue to work every day on the biggest problems in the event industry. We don't just dream it, we build it. Today, Eventeny serves more than 6,000 large festivals and conventions worldwide.

Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves owning features end-to-end — from design and implementation to deployment and feedback loops. This full-time, salaried position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our innovative event planning platform's customer-facing products. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to craft scalable, maintainable, and intuitive web applications. This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical skills who are eager to contribute to the ongoing success of our already thriving product.

You should be comfortable working across the full web stack — server-side PHP, front-end JavaScript/jQuery, and a MySQL database — and be excited about shipping high-quality features quickly.

Here’s what you’ll do

• Build, enhance, and maintain the web application using PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, MySQL, HTML, and CSS
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define feature requirements and specifications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability
• Develop both front-end UI components and back-end services to deliver seamless user experiences
• Contribute to evolving our technical processes and documentation

Here’s what we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
• Strong proficiency in PHP (experience with modern PHP practices is a plus)
• Solid front-end development skills with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proficient in MySQL database design, queries, and optimization
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset
• Passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers

Compensation

This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $65,000 – $80,000 with benefits and a quarterly bonus. The final offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, expertise, and certifications. This is a remote position.
