- Provide expertise and serve as an advisor on human resources workflows, systems, and projects.
- Work with the human resources leadership team to deploy human resources strategies and initiatives in support of organizational goals.
- Provide daily strategic human resources guidance on policy implementation, performance evaluation management, team member engagement, and human resources compliance.
- Use the Workday Human Capital Management system to execute workflows, develop and analyze data, share insights, and update key performance indicators for recommendations.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Support management and staff with complex, specialized, and sensitive human resources questions and issues.
- Administer routine tasks involving reasonable accommodations, employee relations and performance investigations, corrective actions, and terminations.
- Educate team members on compensation and benefit practices, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.
- Communicate policy, benefit, and compliance information and provide policy guidance and interpretation.
- Administer team member engagement initiatives, including lifecycle surveys, action planning, and reporting.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and review policies and practices for compliance.
- Provide expert advice in complex cases and back up other human resources positions as needed.
- Assist leaders with developing appropriate job descriptions.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Identify training needs and share them with Talent Development and Education Services for program development.
- Work with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, productivity, and retention.
- Provide human resources expertise in feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with the human resources team to promote a culture of excellence and employee engagement.
- Develop, analyze, and interpret compensation, job-level, and attrition reports to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.
- Draft internal team member communications about functional areas or projects.
- Complete special projects by clarifying objectives, setting schedules, conducting research, and developing and organizing information.
- Communicate project status and issues, resolve concerns, analyze time and cost issues, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with human resources and cross-functional team members on issue resolution and project completion.
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
- Workday experience is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.

Jackson Street. Situated on a three-acre campus in Tullahoma's north commercial gateway, the 33,000-square-foot center brings together medical oncology, radiation oncology and imaging services under one roof, providing patients with comprehensive cancer care close to where they live and work. The new center expands access to advanced cancer treatments and diagnostic services, reducing the need for patients to travel outside the Tullahoma region to receive care. Executing a major renovation around cancer care: how Tennessee Oncology is giving its downtown Chattanooga office a major facelift. Tennessee Oncology, which treats nearly half the cancer patients in the Volunteer State, opened the newly-renovated lobby today and began construction on the second and third floors at its downtown Chattanooga clinic, located at 1032 McCallie Ave., as part of a two-year overhaul. Renovating an operational oncology clinic requires expertise so that patient care is not disrupted and the project build-out can be staged efficiently. Tennessee Oncology is partnering with Blevins Construction and Tinker Ma to double the overall size of the clinic, including: * Expanding patient check-in and check-out areas * Doubling the infusion room space * Tripling the exam and new patient consult rooms * Increasing the laboratory, pharmacy, and research pharmacy areas * Adding an administrative suite "Tennessee Oncology has deep roots in the Chattanooga community, and we're excited to unveil our newly renovated lobby and welcome patients and their families into a space designed to enhance the patient experience," said Natalie Dickson, MD, CEO and President of Tennessee Oncology. Tennessee Oncology breaks ground on new cancer center in Murfreesboro. Tennessee Oncology, a nationally recognized physician-owned specialty practice, held a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, April 23, for a new comprehensive cancer center in Murfreesboro. The center, located at 1635 Blackman Road, will be a three-story, 56,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility. Drs. Yajun Ma, Christopher Waynick, and Michael Stany will begin caring for patients in the new facility beginning in spring 2027. The new location will expand access to integrated cancer services in Rutherford County, including advanced imaging, medical oncology, and radiation oncology - bringing more care closer to where patients live and work. "Murfreesboro continues to grow rapidly, and ensuring patients have access to high-quality cancer care close to home is essential," said Natalie Dickson, M.D., President and CEO of Tennessee Oncology.
