What believers are saying

  • A March 2026 study said customers saved ten weekly hours and cut admissions 75%.
  • Yardi named Carefeed a new EHR interface partner in January 2026.
  • Mike Collette joined the board in March 2026, strengthening healthcare scaling credibility.

What critics are saying

  • G2 lists 2,000 communities, but independent revenue disclosure remains absent.
  • PatientPoint board addition does not fix Carefeed's small team against PointClickCare and Yardi.
  • If EHR partners replicate messaging and admissions, Carefeed becomes a feature, not a company.

What makes Carefeed unique

  • Carefeed unifies admissions, messaging, payments, and bed boards for senior care teams.
  • Its EHR and HRIS integrations reduce duplicate entry across Yardi and other systems.
  • The platform targets post-acute workflows, not generic healthcare communication, sharpening product-market fit.
