Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role (at least 3 as sales manager), preferably with a fast-growing technology company
  • Experience leading high performance teams to consistently exceed goals
  • Possesses business acumen, strong analytics, negotiating, problem-solving, and management skills
  • Consistent track record of quota overachievement as an individual contributor
  • Able to speak in front of senior audiences as well as write clearly and concisely
  • A self-starter, motivated leader who works well autonomously
Responsibilities
  • The Director of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team (hire, train and develop a team of full-cycle BDMs)
  • Refine quotas - improve the predictability of the sales pipeline and of quarterly goals
  • Identify key metrics + report to leadership team regularly
  • Refine sales process, pitch and build playbooks
  • Iterate on compensation structure and promotion paths for team
