Requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration and data flow between different systems
  • Understanding of database management and experience in maintaining data hygiene, segmentation, and data governance practices
  • Data Privacy and Compliance: Familiarity with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA) and best practices for ensuring compliance in marketing operations
  • 4+ years proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role within the SaaS industry
  • You have a bachelor's degree - ideally in marketing, business, operations, or technical field
  • Proficient with segmentation, reporting, and how to use data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong results orientation, proven record performing to aggressive growth targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team and a variety of skill sets
  • Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM and automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot Klaviyo, Mandrill, Intercom, Salesforce or other similar platforms)
  • Experience with analytics tools and dashboard (i.e. GA, Data Studio)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage marketing technology stack, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and other relevant tools
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee contracts, renewals, payment and invoicing with all applicable vendors
  • Manage relationship and execution of new CRM and automation platforms
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics lead to collect, analyze, and interpret 360 marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and ROI
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to the marketing team and other stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
  • Standardize and operationalize all channel reporting across marketing team
