Requirements
- Bachelors' degree B.A. / B.S or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience managing execution of targeted marketing communication and/or related projects
- Strong knowledge of the suite of Kroger Precision Marketing inventory and differentiation in the marketplace
- Prior experience or strong desire to learn onsite and offsite ad tech
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
- Analytical acumen to make decisions
- Technical acumen to leverage key tools in a timely and accurate manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end execution of Kroger Precision Marketing Media campaigns for both onsite and offsite channels
- Partner with Account Management & Sales to achieve client expectations for campaign executions
- Build and manage internal/external timelines for campaign executions
- Interface with cross-departmental account stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign setup
- Prioritize and execute tactical responsibilities of the end-to-end workflow for campaigns
- Ability to execute a high volume of multi-media campaign launches, including reviewing media plans/intake and translating to media platform set-up/trafficking, including the review of creative specs, updating and approving client assets to ensure brand guidelines, URL setup, campaign QA, and confirmation of launch (screenshots)
- Reviews and shares updates related to campaign pacing and timeline details with account management and media execution teams
- Reviews IOs and final monthly invoices to ensure accurate billing information and helps troubleshoot issues with Senior Campaign Operations Specialists and/or Account Managers
- Owns the curation of reporting elements, and coordinates distribution with Account Management team
- Exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of all media products and how they are sold and fulfilled - participating in a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing
- Embraces and encourages a culture based on team-work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work independently to ensure success of high volume of campaigns executed, while also displaying an agility to successfully work within a team
