The Opportunity at Komodo Health
Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue, the Revenue Manager is an interdisciplinary position which manages all aspects of day-to-day order-to-cash accounting operations, including contract review for proper revenue recognition & managing input of contract details into the NetSuite ERP. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, effective communication skills, and willingness to learn. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual seeking diverse job duties in an outgoing and collaborative environment. The candidate must have strong organization and communication skills, and be the champion in our drive for continuous process improvement. You will have the opportunity to recommend and drive new initiatives and support our fast-growing organization. You will help build and mentor the revenue operations team.
Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…
- Performed /supported revenue & billing activities for Month close reporting
- Deals review and documentation of deal review checklists
- Implemented and test transaction processing in NetSuite
- Ensured accurate and timely transaction processing, accounting & reporting in accordance with policies and US GAAP
- Prepared technical memo documentation on non-standard deals.
- Worked seamlessly with Sales, Deal Desk and Legal team to collaborate and communicate on finance approval of deals, opportunity approvals in SFDC.
- Maintained and enforced deal desk policies in conjunction with the legal and Sales and Account management.
- Implemented internal controls & a strong review process within Quote-to-Cash cycle.
- Continually identify and implement efficient procedures and processes.
- Provided audit support for revenue, unbilled revenue, deferred revenue & reserves.
- Partnered with the FP&A team to provide ad-hoc reports, including but not limited to revenue forecasting inputs.
- Worked closely with the Business application team to make information flow more efficient, support CPQ implementation & integration with NetSuite.
- Supported FP&A team with analyzing results, providing additional information.
- Took on new projects to support fast growing company, such as supporting international structure; multi-currency price lists; automation of approval processes etc.

What You Bring to Komodo
- CPA and public accounting experience (Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PWC, Grant Thornton & other accounting consulting firms) is strongly preferred
- Experience with NetSuite and its advanced revenue module (ARM), Excellent knowledge of
- Software Recurring Revenue recognition, including ASC 606
- Experience working with SFDC & NetSuite is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership for projects and drive to completion
- Demonstrated continuous improvements of the business processes and new business model support
- 5+ years of relevant experience in revenue recognition; experience supporting sales operations & sales teams highly desired.
- Two years project management experience in relation to systems and reporting
Compensation at Komodo Health
We are committed to providing competitive compensation for all roles at Komodo Health. We carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your skills, experience, and location while balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. The targeted base salary range for the Senior Manager, Revenue role is $107,000 to $153,000 plus a competitive bonus and equity package

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
