Clinical Psychologist
Key Role:
Conduct and apply advanced health science expertise and advanced academic research skills to science and technology client challenges. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as an operational psychologist, national security psychologist, forensic psychologist, personnel psychologist, police psychologist, military psychologist, or corrections psychologist
- Ability to conduct psychological assessment, both directly and indirectly, and administer and interpret a wide range of psychological tests, including cognitive and personality measures
- Ability to apply expertise of research methodology, psychometrics, and statistical analysis of complex behavior using varied data sources and formats
- Ability to provide high quality psychological reports
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external mission partners while remaining sensitive to organizational structure, policies, and culture
- Ability to travel to remote sites to provide service
- TS/SCI clearance
- Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
- Licensed U.S. Clinical Psychologist
Additional Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience conducting or reviewing forensic psychological assessments
- 1+ years of experience providing psychological consultation within an intelligence community setting with a focus on psychological support to Personnel security adjudications, investigations and continuous evaluation, threat management case referral and disposition, Counterintelligence inquiries, and investigations and operations
- Possession of excellent interview skills, including performing risk assessments
- Possession of excellent customer service skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
