  • Create a plan and see a project from inception to completion involving necessary stakeholders along the way
  • Successfully collaborate across teams within Marketing & Customer Experience and key players across the company to solve problems and reach innovative solutions
  • Share the results and findings of your projectwith the CMO and Marketing Leadership team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Responsible for upholding F5's Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies
  • Ability to take project ownership, make datadriven decisions, and to arrive at solutions that resonate with key audiences
  • Eagerness to lean-in, learn and ask the right questions
  • Ability to organize a list of open deliverables, issues, gaps, risks
  • Customer focus, with an analytical and problem-solving mentality
  • Great written and verbal communication skills necessary to lead, collaborate, and motivate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Must be a current student enrolled at a four-year institution in the United States working towardsBA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Customer Experience or related field
  • Approaching senior year at the time of their internship (2024 targeted graduation). If intending to pursue additional schooling after current degree (ie. Graduate School), please list estimated graduation date from your final degree on your resume
  • Available for a 12-week internship between May and September of 2023. We are unable to accommodate internships outside of this time frame
  • Bring the customer to the forefront of projects focusing on user experience, customer stories, consistent messaging, and other solutions
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of or experience in a company that delivers hardware + software products is a plus
