Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and mission.
Provide financial insights to the CEO and board of directors to support decision-making.
Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate and realistic financial plans.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide regular reports to leadership.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the organization's financial assets.
Contribute to the development and execution of the Company's strategic initiatives.

Salary Range: 190000 to 225000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

We have partnered with a non-profit organization dedicated to providing health and wellness services. The accounting and finance team is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join and play a key leadership role in driving the financial success and sustainability of the organization.
