Responsibilities
  • Maintain vendor relationships and provide additional assistance with domestic and international benefit plans, improvements, annual enrollment, LOA's and status changes
  • Responsible for domestic and international based invoices this includes payment processing, tracking, reconciliations/audits, etc
  • Assist with providing responses to benefit inquiries via our current ticketing tracking system
  • Oversee and correct when applicable all carrier eligibility files are maintained and processed timely by vendors and errors are resolved efficiently
  • Support, administer the international wellness reimbursement accounts
  • Annual enrollment project support related to vendor preparations and/or changes, deadlines, HRIS system testing & communications
  • Suggest, implement & document various process flow improvements for more efficient workflows
  • Partner with Recurring Payroll & HRBP meetings, and provide additional benefits support when applicable
  • Assist with overseeing various communication channels which include but not limited to Slack, The Globe, Total Rewards Quarterly Newsletters and email
  • Active participant and facilitator within the newly established Eventbrite benefits committee
  • Assist with annual compensation planning and mid-year comp cycle
  • Assist with annual incentive plan initiative and rollout
  • Responsible for job evaluations and market pricing of new and existing roles
  • Partner with Head of Compensation on departmental analysis
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards Analyst on salary survey participation
  • Responsible for completion of benefit and compensation, HRIS requisitions and PO's
  • Assist Benefits Manager & BX Helpdesk with various duties (answering employee inquiries, process management, new hire onboarding, etc.)
  • Coordinate all evidence of insurability Requests for requests of additional life insurance
  • Verifications of employee benefits data for all LOA requests (via CA EDD or Life Insurance)
  • Assist with implementation of new benefit programs and tracking engagement
  • Oversee and assist with reviewing the companies internal benefits website Spotlight for new content and edits/updates to existing content
  • Responsible for administering the core processes that support Eventbrite's total rewards team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
