  • Proven track record of developing and executing data strategies in a client-facing role within a digital marketing or media agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including knowledge of ad tech, mar tech, and the implications of privacy regulations on data collection and usage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with managing cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive data strategies that align with client objectives and IPG Mediabrands’ goals.
  • Guide clients through the evolving digital landscape, offering expert advice on measurement methodologies, data integration techniques, and experimentation strategies to drive actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the development and management of client roadmaps for digital maturity, identifying key milestones and ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Play a crucial role in consulting for cookie deprecation readiness, advising on alternative tracking technologies, privacy-compliant data collection methods, and the impact on marketing strategies.
  • Foster collaboration across various internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution of intelligence initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate new technologies, platforms, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge and propose innovative solutions to clients.
  • Act as a team leader, in partnership with the VP of Intelligence, to manage a team of intelligence professionals, providing guidance on project management, analytical techniques, and client service excellence.
