  • 1-4 Years of experience in Customer Service
  • 1-4 years of industry-related experience helpful
  • Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend the English language
  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing roles

  • Computer knowledge of PC's, Microsoft 365, HubSpot a plus

Responsibilities
  • Assist sales teams with lead qualification, opportunity tracking, and pipeline management within HubSpot CRM
  • Determine the prospect's level of interest and readiness to engage with the sales team
  • Qualify and disqualify leads that are generated from Marketing efforts, building reports, and inactive customers
  • Utilize HubSpot’s features extensively to improve the efficiency with which leads are converted into deals and collaborate with the sales staff to convert deals into customers
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their needs and qualify them as potential customers
  • Make outbound calls to prospects using prepared talking points
  • Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or follow-up calls for qualified leads with the appropriate sales representative
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product to provide feedback on new campaigns that may improve the performance of our sales funnel
