Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Science, Math, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-5 years post-graduate experience in a relevant field.
  • Highly motivated team-player with a desire to work on a wide range of projects, collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teammates and subject matter experts, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of financial markets is preferred and interest in investment strategies and security analysis is a must.

  • Experience in the development and construction of formula-driven spreadsheets, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with and interpreting statistics and fixed income market data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accountability, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Understand the firm’s Non-Investment Grade strategies with requisite depth to be able to develop client reports and client analytics.
  • Produce monthly client reports and data for institutional and sub-advised clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for data on portfolio exposures and summary statistics, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Provide portfolio analysis and reporting for High Yield and Senior Loan portfolios.
  • Develop proficiency in key reporting tools; develop report content and partner with IT to drive enhancements to the end-client deliverables.
  • Participate in firm-wide, client service-related strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality with client information and data.
  • Stay updated with market trends and developments in fixed income markets.
