  • Level 3: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 5 years of related professional experience in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, process engineering, or similar; OR Master’s degree in STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 3 years of related professional experience in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, process engineering or similar.
  • Level 4: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 9 years of related professional experience in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, process engineering, or similar; OR Master’s degree in STEM discipline from an accredited university AND 7 years of related professional experience in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, process engineering or similar.
  • Possess or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
  • Strong familiarity with process development, controls and manufacturing management.
  • Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership experience.
  • Comfortable with public speaking in front of large groups.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Leverage model-based solutions to integrate manufacturing requirements and data with system requirements and design data.
  • Prepare labor and material estimates in support of proposals.
  • Utilize various tools to assess the current condition of design, manufacturing and supply chains in order to mature all elements for stable and profitable production.
