Requirements
  • Bilingual in Japanese and English
  • Manager or higher in a Risk Advisory practice or 5-6+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Expert understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance or MEDDIC and enterprise sales methodologies
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Japanese
  • Willingness to be coached and discipline to carry out responsibilities in a team-selling environment
  • Great at building relationships and working within a team-selling environment
Responsibilities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline through alliance channels
  • Listen and comprehend customer pain points, goals, and objectives to tailor AuditBoard’s products and services
  • Present compelling demonstrations and solutions of AuditBoard products to clients
  • Engage with C-level prospects to drive deals to closure
  • Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships and create new business opportunities
  • Evangelize the need for a strong audit, risk, and control environment to drive new pipeline and win new business
